Accounting Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions — AP, AR, and journal entries
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices and maintain the AP aging schedule
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and client invoicing
- Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation entries
- Support month-end close checklist items under supervision
- Organise and file supporting documentation and workpapers
- Flag discrepancies and open items to the Senior Associate or Supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (internships / articleship included)
- Working knowledge of US GAAP fundamentals and double-entry bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn US accounting practices
- Good written English communication
Senior Accounting Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client entities
- Prepare and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare month-end and year-end close workpapers
- Prepare accrual, prepaid, and adjusting journal entries
- Draft financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for manager review
- Review the work of Accounting Associates and provide feedback
- Communicate directly with US-based engagement staff on outstanding items
- Support payroll journal entries and multi-entity allocations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CMA (or equivalent) preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally with US-based clients
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and standard chart-of-accounts structures
- Confident written and verbal English for direct client interaction
Accounting Supervisor / Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 4–8 Associates/Senior Associates across engagements
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements for accuracy
- Allocate work and monitor turnaround times against agreed SLAs
- Train and mentor junior staff on US GAAP and client-specific procedures
- Serve as the first escalation point for client queries
- Identify process improvement and standardisation opportunities
- Track engagement budgets and hours versus actuals
- Coordinate with onshore managers on staffing and workflow planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting; CA, CMA, or MBA-Finance preferred
- 3–5 years of experience, including 1+ year in a review or team-lead role
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and confident client-facing communication
- Experience supervising offshore delivery teams
Assistant Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of client engagements
- Perform second-level review of financial statements and management reports
- Manage multiple Supervisors/Team Leads and their pods
- Build and monitor engagement-level KPIs — accuracy, timeliness, utilisation
- Liaise directly with client partners/controllers on complex accounting issues
- Support technical research on non-routine transactions (e.g. ASC 606/842)
- Assist in onboarding new clients and transitioning processes offshore
- Drive documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
- CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with US-client exposure
- Strong technical US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Proven people-management and client-management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Hold full ownership of client relationship management for an assigned portfolio
- Provide final review and sign-off on financial statements before client delivery
- Design and implement accounting processes and controls for new client onboarding
- Manage capacity planning, hiring, and performance reviews for the team
- Partner with US firm leadership on service expansion and pricing
- Advise on complex or technical accounting issues and GAAP positions
- Present financial results and variance analysis to client leadership
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across engagements
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA (US or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 7–10 years of accounting experience with significant US GAAP and client-management exposure
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-level offshore teams
- Excellent executive-level communication skills
Senior Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall offshore accounting practice across all client engagements
- Set quality standards, training curricula, and career paths for the team
- Own escalations and strategic relationships with key CPA firm partners
- Drive practice-level metrics: retention, margin, client satisfaction, utilisation
- Represent the accounting practice in firm-wide leadership discussions
- Evaluate and implement new technology and automation across the vertical
- Mentor Managers and Assistant Managers and build a succession pipeline
- Support due diligence and scoping for large or complex new engagements
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA with 10+ years of experience, including leadership of large teams
- Deep US GAAP expertise across multiple industries and verticals
- Track record of scaling offshore delivery operations
